Child Identification Kit

This kit has been designed to collect information, fingerprints, photographs, and a DNA specimen from a child. In the event the child goes missing, this kit is presented to law enforcement to assist in finding and identifying the child.

DNACID100 Kit Contents:

1- Kit Envelope, 6″ x 9″, sealed via tamper tape and containing the following:

1- Information Sheet/FDA, 11″ x 14″

1- Saliva Swabs Envelope, 3 ½” x 6 ½”, with biohazard label affixed, sealed with tamper tape

1- Pack of Cotton Tipped Swabs, 2 each

1- Security Seal

1- Pre-inked Fingerprint Sheet

1- Photographs (CD/DVD), Glassine Envelope, 5 ½” x 5 ½” with label affixed.
